Mark J. Albano

Mark Albano is a native son of Springfield, graduating from Cathedral High School in 1973. Mark received both his Bachelor of Arts (1977, magna cum laude) and his law degree (1980, cum laude) from Boston College before settling back in Western Massachusetts. Mark was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1980 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mark has been the lecturer for the Flaschner Judicial Institute since 1990 and has been an associate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Wilbraham, Massachusetts since 2000. He is a member and former president of the Hampden County Bar Association, a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, the Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Arbitration Association (Panel Arbitrator), the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and is a Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. In 2009, Mark was voted a “Super Lawyer in Massachusetts” by Boston Magazine.
